Our online portal provides access to your information where and when you need it, so you can focus on your life and business goals rather than your insurance. Mobile-optimized online access to your insurance information through our mobile app results in faster service response, allowing you to provide documents to your clients and vendors quickly, driving business success and growth.
You can log in and use our self-service client portal to verify your vehicle, driver, and coverage information. From this portal, you may also view, print, fax or, upon request, email your certificates of insurance.*
Access to our mobile app must be requested through the online portal via computer. Once we receive your account creation request, mobile app access can be granted. Please allow 1-2 business days for account creation requests to be processed.
*Portal and mobile app access may not be available for all policy types.

OSHAlogs allows for flexibility in tracking non-OSHA recordables, near-misses, and more. OSHAlogs is provided free of charge to Vaaler clients.
AutomateSafety is designed to streamline safety training for employers of all sizes. It contains a large library of safety topics designed to teach, engage, and inspire safe work habits through messages that are sent directly to employees via email or text. Automate Safety is provided at no additional charge to Vaaler clients.
