Jay LaDue
Vice President of Healthcare, Senior Insurance & Risk Advisor
Jay LaDue is Vice President of Healthcare for Vaaler and the lead producer for the Senior Living Communities Program. A Minneapolis, Minnesota, native and a graduate of St. John’s University, Jay joined Vaaler in 1990.
For more than 15 years, Jay has focused on providing competitive and innovative insurance and risk management solutions to more than 250 senior living communities. Jay's strengths include the knowledge, resources and innovation to understand and respond quickly to changes in the current market. He is particularly adept at developing creative solutions tailored specifically to healthcare organizations. His strong relationships with specialized insurance carriers across the country reinforce Jay's ability to craft unique insurance and risk management programs that make sense both now and in the future.
Jay is a member of the National Council of HealthCare Agents (NCHA) and the GuideOne Senior Living Communities National Advisory Council.
Jay is married with three children. He and his family share a love for sports and the lake. He spends much of his free time following his son’s hockey career with the L.A. Kings and cheering on his daughters in volleyball and soccer.
