Kelly attended the University of North Dakota before joining Vaaler in 1984. She has over 30 years experience in commercial insurance and specializes in insurance for contractors including contract bonding.
Kelly has a certificate in General Insurance from the Insurance Institute of America and also holds the designations of Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS).
