Major Technology Migration: Offices Closed May 5 at 5:00pm CST through May 9 at 8:00am CST

All Vaaler office locations will be closed with no technology access beginning Thursday, May 5 at 5:00 pm CST due to a major technology migration project. We will reopen on the morning of Monday, May 9.

Our staff will not have access to email, phone systems, voicemail, or client information (including policy information) during this time frame. Employees will review emails and respond to customer service inquiries following our technology training on Monday, May 9.

Urgent claims may still be reported using the after-hours claim line at 218-779-2542. Please have your policy number available when calling.
